Do you judge people on their belt buckles -- for example, if it's too plain, not big enough, or too big?

No. I don't even notice if people are wearing belts.

I don't judge people by their belt buckles but I will tell you about a cool one my hubby has. It looks like the seat belt latch in your car. He is a Ford mechanic and got it from the Ford catalog. Many people have told him they really like it.

Oh, definitely! A belt buckle says a lot about a person's values and beliefs. For example: Silver - the like animals, especially cats and horses, better than people. Bronze - they're lazy but sweet, so stay far away. Big - they're smart but not as smart as they think. Small buckles - they're overly tidy and a little girly. Have turquise on them - deadbeats, they bum lunch money off their friends, just like the did in school. Etc...

If a guy had a naked lady belt buckle...I might stay away from him...but usually I don't look at belts

Interesting topic! However, I do! The big eighty buckles really annoy me, I think anyone has to be crazy to wear one.

Yeah I never like those big-rodeo-beltbuckle-rednecks. Clearly a lower form of man. Maybe even a smart monkey.
