American movie idol and 'sexiest man alive' George Clooney wants to appear in one of the lavish Indian song and dance musical movies. He's quoted by the Associated Press as saying: "I'd love to. There are some filmmakers whose films when you see (them) you say, 'That could be an interesting story to tell,'" What do you think? Should he do it, would it work well? Could it win new American fans for the Indian film industry?

I have to admit...I don't know alot about Bollywood, but it's been in the press alot lately. I'd love anything that George would do.

Bollywood films are often big, lavish musicals with lots of singing and dancing, and that's the type of movie Clooney wants to be in. I can't quite picture it, but then I couldn't have imagined Richard Gere singing and dancing the way he did in 'Chicago,' either!

Thanks for the response. I think so, too. Most Americans probably haven't heard of Bollywood; Clooney would would make everyone aware of it if he made a film there.
