Finally started my Christmas shopping!

They had a *great* sale at JC Penney's so off I went! I decided this year since we're a bit tight on money I'm going to get more practical things and things everyone needs. What are you doing for Christmas?

I have very limited funds. Tomorrow I am headed for Big Lots to get a few items. Although I am making much of the presents, I want to give the kids something to play with too. Big lots allows me to buy a lot and save even more.

Big Lots is good? I've found some odds and ends things there for some great prices. Have fun shopping!

i have not started yet, i really need to go out there and start. just dont have the money right now and it is hard to decided what i need to get at low cost for all.

Our son is a broke college student. He was saying he really didn't have money for gifts. I told him there are gifts that you can give that don't involve money? One year for mothers day he washed and vacuumed my truck. I thought it was very nice of him. I reminded him of doing things like that? He got a thoughtful look, so I hope it sank in. Thanks for your response.
