Need some advice on fitness...  |

| Well I think I'm overweight, but thats a different story. I would like some advice on how to raise my fitness levels so that it is easier for me to lose the weight that I am unhappy with. My partner has laybyed boxing gloves and focus pads for me for christmas, and I have purchased a skipping rope. But I get tired out after a minute of jumping rope. I go for a walk every day for at least half an hour, and now my son is up and about I am constantly chasing after him, but I always seem to be puffed out and exhausted after any exercise. Any tips or ideas on how to raise my fitness levels? | | | | | |
