Have you ever truly finished a game of monopoly?

Hey!! That's so true!! i dont even realise that...i start getting bored when i bankrupt or when more and more other people bankrupt...then we will probably moved on to play another thing....hmm...you are a very good observant!!

I don't know if I have. I have seen everyone but one person with all their properties mortgaged and deep in debt. Does that count as the end? Was it meant to be finished?

Yes, I have actually finished a couple games of monopoly in the past but it has been a while. The last few times I have played it I did not finish. It is a game that can take quite a long time to play and finish and our interests go to something else after a while.

I don't ever remember finishing a game either! Unless we did it to "Make" my daughter the winner one night. Just so we could get her to bed!!! The game is fun... just very hard to win and finish!

Yup, I have finished several games. My ex-husbands family play it every Christmas Eve until some one wins. You have to have at least four players though, it really helps.

My teenage daughter still likes to remind me of the night when I kept her up until 3am in the morning to finish our game of Monopoly. My younger daughter fell asleep on the floor and my daughter had to play her turn as well as her own. When the game was finally over my older daughter told me she was going to tell everyone what a cruel mother I was that I had kept her up so late. She has never played another game of Monopoly with me since.

In my younger years, my brothers and I would play Monopoly for hours. We loved the game. Those were slower times. Now we live in a fast paced world where we have to have instant gratification. If you like a fast game, Monopoly isn't the game for you.

Oh yeah i have finished lots of games of monopoly!!! I haven't won very many though, lol!!!

I have finished the game of monopoly before, but I couldn't tell you when that was. It hasn't been recent. hehe
