What do you do if your partners snoring wakes you up?

werll if i cantr sleep because of their snoring then i go to the other room and sleep
and if that is not an option available with me them i try to sleep with that onyl
but i dnt wake them up

I will wake him up, and he turn to the other sided of our bed.

My wife would wake me up, tell me to roll over, or hold my nose shut until I woke up. When it gets bad (allergy season) I use Breathe Right strips, which hold the nostrils open and help to prevent snoring. My snoring isn't as bad as her teeth-grinding (bruxism) in my opinion!
