Getting enough sleep to start a new day is not just about closing your eyes. Or dreaming. Or feeling refreshed in the morning. When you sleep, your brain rests and recuperates.
An increasing number of people face stress-related problems because their hectic schedules deprive them of sleep. Sleep is irreplaceable in our lives. Do you get enough sleep?

I don't get as much sleep as i needed, in fact i am sleeping too few hours for the activities i do every day. I think should make myself a good program like the sleep be one of the principal activities. Good luck!

How much is enough sleep? Even if I'm bothered for not being able to sleep longer, the problem is that I couldn't sleep but I know it's not insomnia. I really envy people who could sleep easily even if the surrounding is noisy, wherever, or however their position is.
I could sleep only from 2 to 5 hours even when I was young.

Barely ever, as I take pain pills for Fibromyalgia and they make me sleepy but the pain pills don't do their job well enough. The Fibromyalgia pain in my shoulders and hips still wake me during the night many times and I don't ever get a solid sleep. I also have Sleep Apnea and always seem sleepy. I am a mess, aren't I?

I sleep 8 hours at night and 3-3.5 hours in the afternoon, my body doen't function at all if I don't get enough sleeping and I get tired and nervous and loose control if I don't sleep well..
