I wear supports when necessary, but taking supplements, losing a little weight and getting more exercise really helps. I have a little trouble now, because I have been lazy about supplements, and I am typing a lot on myLot. But I love it, what can I say. Have a Merry Christmas.

Since I joined the forum and I have been skipping the supplements, I have some difficulty. Back to the vitamins, since I will not give up my myLot. I forgot to mention that I also bought a parafin bath for my hands and it is SO soothing. The cost of the parafin bath was about the same as the cost of four treatments in an OT or Chiro office, and I can do it as often as I like.

I had complained that I was having a difficult time "recovering " from seeing a bright light, like in traffic, or even at church, the platform lights in my eyes in the choir left halos behind for quite awhile. He said vitamin A would help. Vitamin A and D are both found in Cod Liver Oil. I am glad I take it, when I do, as we are also now hearing that because of sunscreen use, or because of cloudiness or pollution, lots of people are short of Vit. D (sunlight on the skin produces D), leading to brittle bones, and some cancers.

Over use, or repetitive use.The tunnel that your nerves go through becomes inflamed. Swells. I read somewhere that overweight ( which I am )makes it worse.
