| |  What is yak ult? I've never heard about it.
soft drinks are full of sugar and preservatives, and fruit juices convert to sugar rapidly in the body, so you are better off drinking water. I don't know if this yak ult is meant to be consumed in large quantities.
I definitely believe in the benefits of pro-biotics. I take acidophilus capsules twice/day and it prevents yeast infections (which I used to get a lot) as well as attacks of colitis. I would much rather take something natural on a regular basis than to take medication.
