She was funny as portrayed by Laurie Metcalfe.I had to remind myself that it was funny seeing her in a dramatic role after all those years of seeing her on Roseanne. Of all the characters--major and minor--on the show, I would have suspected her the least as the killer type.

Carolyn Bixby was played by Laurie Metcalf? I didn't like her character on Roseanne at all, but she was fantastic in Desperate Housewives. I wouldn't call her a killer though. She was hurt and lashed back inapproriately.

I loved her as Roseanne's sister. I don't watch Desperate Housewives. I would like to see her in more roles.
