Have you ever filed a complaint about a business to the Better Business Bureau?

If you did contact the BBB, what company did you complain about and what did they do? Was the problem resolved or not? Those who have thought about filing a complaint may reply to this discussion as well. Do you think the BBB does a good job and are helpful?

No, I havent but I probally will soon. I bought some moveis from middlemandvds.com and havent recieved them yet. I also have been trying to call everyday and all I get is a voicemail option... no one ever picks up. I have also emailed these people with no response back but they sure debited money from me. This was on Dec.16th.
Dang all I want is the movies I ordered for my kids!!!!!!!

I definitely think that you should report them. That is not right that they charged you and have not sent the movies. How long has it been since you ordered the movies? You should definitely not let this company rip you off. I hate those voicemail options and prefer a live voice.

I did file a complaint one time with the BBB. It was about ABC Distributing. I had paid them and they were saying that I hadn't. I kept calling them and was put on hold and it was long distance so I couldn't just sit there and hold for so long. I sent them multiple letters and faxes and I got no reply. They kept sending mean letters to me and saying they were going to turn me into collections. And I paid the bill right when the items came in. So all I knew to do was turn them into the BBB. And then about two days later I got a phone call from ABC Distributing and they fixed my problem. So I think it does help to turn people into the BBB.

I am glad to hear that things worked out for you when you filed a complaint. Sometimes that is the only thing that you can do if the company is not honest or does not handle things properly.

no i didn't contact the BBB, I think so i can complain about the shares which is regulating and making us loss. Yes i think so and i dont have an idea about that as far as i have concerned i think so they ll do that.
