I'm not eat a lot but still like a fat guy.What do you think can cause obesity?

If you only eat once or twice a day, your metabolism is slowing way down. It is better to eat the same amount of food but spread out throughout the day. Also make sure to eat breakfast.

Its called metabolism, you burn calories much slower than slimmer people. Always eat in the morning, that gives your metabolism a jump start. Also drink green tea that increases your metabolism. You should eat at regular times, when you go a long time without eating, your metabolism slows down. Good Luck.

I think if you want to be fit and healthy then you should eat healthy diet that has less calories, less fat, less oil, has nutrition. Besides you shuld lead healthy, active lifestyle. One should go for walks in mornings, do streches, do aerobics and also try out yoga and meditation. The playing sports like tennis also helps.

What you are eating is as important as how much you are eating. Food that is high in carbs will cause weight gain. Also, you might try a workout (if you aren't already). Meats that are high in fat are also bad. Usually eating several small meals, that are balanced, is the best way to lose weight (along with working out). My husband uses the "Body for Life: program, and it works very well.
