Wheat germ! It's yummy, fiber-rich, and a good source of vitamin E. Vitamin E is linked with all sorts aof health benefits, including improving vitality, promoting a healthy heart, and strengthening the immune system. I like applesauce with toasted wheat germ...I also add a little wheat germ to most baking I do.

Brocolli, tomato and grapes are good to increase the blood count. I was once admitted into the hospital and I had to stay there for twelve days. After a few days the doctor found out that my blood count was very low. So he adviced me to eat a lot of grapes or tomatoes or brocolli. So I ate a big tomato each day and the doctor told me my count improved tremendously. Until today whenever I feel tired I will just slice the tomatoes and eat it like I eat fresh fruits.

Generally, all organic foods are health foods but everything has to be eaten in moderation, even fruits and vegetables. We can check out the food pyramid to be sure what foods are to be eaten more and what should be taken in less. Sometimes we might be eating the right food but not in the right amounts.
