Did anybody ever watch Dead Like Me?

both my daughter and I did. we were flipping through the channels one evening and I saw Mandy Patinkin (I've been a fan since the Princess Bride) so we stopped to watch. We watched faithfully every week with no clue that it was not a new series on SciFi but just a way to fill air time. So disappointed that there will be no new episodes.

It was really a thought provoking concept that made me reassess my own life. If I died tomorrow would I have any regrets? Things I would be sorry for having done or having left undone?

It is one of my all time favorite shows. I can't believe they cancelled it! They have the series on DVD at my local library so I check it out every once in a while.

I purchased Season 1 and Season 2 since I didn't have the patience to watch it weekly on Sci-Fi (even though there were 2 episodes) and I wanted to watch the mature rated version. I never get tired of watching it. I thought the show had a fabulous cast and I can't wait to see what Ellen Muth does next!

I also watched this show, although I didn't discover it until it aired on the Sci-Fi channel. After I found out it originally aired on Showtime, I rented the DVDs because I had a feeling that it was edited for cable television. Like the previous poster said, it was totally worth it to watch the unedited versions (that, and I couldn't wait for it each week either!).

Ellen Muth has such a way about her that made me want to see everything else she has done. I re-watched Dolores Claiborne (hadn't seen it in many years) just to see her (had no idea who she was the first time I saw it!). Sadly, she hasn't done anything since Dead Like Me...

I watched this show and i still watch it sometimes, i ahve seen them all, i wish they made more i really want to see more. Do you think they will ever make another season? The main reaper, rube, he is in another show now, criminal minds. I think my favorite character besides georga from that show would be roxy. i love her. she's got ATTITUDE!

I started watching this show when it first aired on Showtime and have been a fan ever since. I was upset that they chose not to keep it running. I think that my favorite character was Mason. He was really a goofball but sometimes could get hisself together in the end.

I love the show.. I heard they are coming out with a new season, but i'm not sure.. If they are i can't wait!

I love it!!! i watch this sometimes, these days, 2nd season.

what i like most in this series, the life of the dead is almost same as the life of the living.

I believe this show aired when i was in college living the great life and no cable,...You know, you spend all your money partying and dont have enough for the simple pleasures of life.
SO i had heard of it, but didnt know what people were talking about. it wasnt until this year my new beau was browsing the net and came across it. Within a few days we had it. So we watched it... I loved it,... Rub made me think of the guy off of Criminal Minds(Which is a great show too i suggest people watch that one!) Anyways i keep thinking to myself had i had cable and was able to watch it,.... Would i of been that one percent that would of kept the show on the air!!??!!
Think about it! OUt of all the shows i watch i would think that i wouldnt mind if that one came on again,..Maybe they should give another go at it!

I watched the show from its inception.
It was refreshing, a unique show with an original plot.
I loved the characters and it had my favorite actor Mandy Patinkin, who plays Rube.
If you visit MGM's website they still have the Dead like me sit up where youcan get downloads, and the show airs on the Sci-fi channel on tuesdays at 7 and 8 pm, two episodes back to back!!
I have the first season on DVD.
I LOVE this show!
On April 18 2007 they annouced a direct to DVD movie that will be released!!!
