In this fast pace world where everybody is just after money and money, some people are there who have a major set back in their lifes when they go into deep depression, may it be a loss of some loved oneor loss in business or unpappiness amongst couples. what do u think does really depression hurts! I guess it really does both physically n emotionally.

and yes a little physically like headache.
But I think there are ways to deal with depression.
main is finding out the cause for depression that taking anti depressant and try to remove the cause underneath.
also sharing with a true friend can help a lot instead a therapist.
I have read some books written by OSHO an enlightened mystic from India ..you can search google for the same.

I was feeling suicidal but when I started to meditate things started to change . Now I have got rid of those tendencies and feel relaxed in life.
A great way to beat depression is to realize that whatever we are feeling it is just a temporary phase and will pass away .
