Things to avoid when you have Allergic Rhinitis

I usually suffer from allergic rhinitis when I smell strong perfumes and inhale dusts. It makes me sneeze, and sneeze and sneeze.

we're both the same.i hate someone who is smoking beside me.but i don't hate to eat seafoods.i love it and it won't trigger my allergic rhinitis.

i mostly have my allergic rhinitis every morning.and i avoid to smell burning leaves and the smell of the land when it is start to rain.

the same in cleaning our house.i wear face mask,dust is the number cause of allergic rhinitis.

The doctor told me to be home before 6 pm whenever possible and be out early in the morning because the 4:30 to 6:00 am air has its natural healing ways for people with this condition. However, I don't know if this will be applicable to the areas where you are. If you live in an area where pollution is high, this will not be advisable to do. As to why we must be home before 6 pm, the pollens which will adversely affect persons with this condition are out as soon as the sun sets.

Smoking is a very big factor to trigger allergic rhinitis. Cleaning the house is another factor, because dust in the house contains dust mites that is why AR is triggered. Whe you inhale dust, it goes along with it because this dust mite is microspic in nature and is easily blown away by the wind. Some get allergic rhinitis with chicken and seafoods and other fruits.I don't know the reason behind all of this but it sure does happen to someone. Goodluck!

Well my #1 trigger for allergic rhinitis is when there is a sudden shift of weather from cold to hot and vice versa. That I could not avoid because it does happen especially in my place. I really got bad rhinitis when the climate changes from hot to wet season. Another trigger is house dust, for as long as the dust is not disturbed its okay for me to smell them but once you'ved started dusting them clean it really irritates me and if I've got lots of them my strength is really exhausted from just sneezing nonstop. During summers I guess that pollens from the flowers that bloom can also affect my rhinitis pretty bad but lately I noticed that my resistance to it has been stronger than when i was younger, i do not know what changed me since summer pollens seems not to affect me anymore. Luckily food is not a problem with me when it comes to allergic rhinitis. Second hand smoke too is not a problem with me.

As I grew older I guess my tolerance level for allergic rhinitis has gone stronger than when I was younger. Some say that rhinitis can be avoided by making your immune system stronger. I guess my immune system has adjusted its tolerance level has improved now.
