As I am villager and best dish of my village is MAKKA KI RABDI...WHO LIKES IT....

What is Makka ki rabdi.I am hearing about it for the first time.How to prepare it.

thnx for your interest....preparing mathod is.... 1. take some say(250 gm) daliya(mota atta) of maize(makka) 2. Boil water and when water comes to about 100 degree celcius...pour the daliya in it and simutaneously mix with spoon in boiled water propery.... 3. then add some curd(100 ml) in that. 4. Boil till daliya can be crushed with hand ....easily means it is edible now...then 5 .Eat rabdi with milk and gud ......so much tasty,....

hi,this i don't know,but when i ws in BHATINDA,PUNJAB,i ate makki ka roti,sarsoom ks saagu.

Hi, i am also from a remote village of M.p., I know the test of makka ki rabdi. I also used it with curry and Gud,Ghee. nice dish.

From which village u belongs...I belongs to Rupaherha(Distt.-Rajgarh(biaora) M.p. nice to listen that from m.p. so many persons are active on mylot.
