Are premonitions real?

Tarot cards & Crystal balls & Palm reading are NOT premonitions! They are scams for making money and nothing more! However a true premonition happened to me when I seen a figure sleeping in my fathers bed, I truly thought it was him, when my mom asked why I was hanging around I said I need to speak to dad. Well turns out he was not even home, a few days later he left us.

I dont use any tarot cards or crystal balls. but what happened to me a couple of weeks ago made me thought of this whole premonition stuff... We just had a car accident and before that accident i already made some premonition sort of thing like changing seat's with my friend(i was at the front seat but went to the backseat), tellin my friends to wear their seatbelts and making jokes about attending a funeral. So i guess this things really happen not by coincidence but for purpose. And i dont see any problems having this kind of power.

i had a premonition once. it was from a dream. i had a dream that my dad was in the hospital with his arm in a sling and he was in a wheelchair. i told my mom about this dream and she said he was fine. well a week later she called and said my dad was in a car accident and broke his elbow. i no longer tell anyone about my dreams. she was really freaked out.

Tarot, palm reading, etc are forms of something called divination. Premonitions are without the aid of tools^.^

I use tarot occasionally, though I haven't QUITE gotten the hang of it since I can't ask it specific questions most of the time, it has a tendency to tell me whatever it likes.

Premonitions..well, yeah I believe in. Though I don't think I've ever had one, I rely on intuition to 'sense' when things happen unfortunately..it'd be awful handy to just get a sudden insight that something was going to happen lol. I also have dreams that give me snippets of future events, I just never know when these events will happen or even IF they will since I have a pretty good imagination and my brain could just make up something lol. It's been rather frustrating..having these kinds of dreams has been less fun than it could be, since I often find myself thinking I could've prevented something from happening if I had just acted on the dream..but I don't know if I really could if I tried..so..*shrugs*

I believe they're a gift..and sometimes a curse. Which are given to us by our creator..whoever you want to call it. Which all people have..in some form or another, sometimes they're dormant because we're taught these things aren't real, or because we never gave them a chance to BE real..fortunately or unfortunately for me, that's never been an option. My whole family's weird like this..going back into generations. Mom and Dad have dreams..Mom gets premonitions, my Grandma can bend without meaning to, like having keys in her pocket..*shrugs again*

i think they are scam only and they use this kind of art to cheat people who belive in that. they are the person very evil that live on the suffering of the other

I've had lots of premonitions when I was 12, now they are much less... the most recent/surprising one was two years ago. I was on a trip in Iceland. One day we were on a tour and I fell asleep on the bus. I had a dream that everything around me was just this bright white light and I see a young man in the middle.I ran up to him and we started talking like old friends.

The next day I went to a restaurant and guess what? He was a waiter there! The exact same guy in my dream! Even his clothes were the same!

Since then I've written to the restaurant and got his number. We contact sometimes but I've never told him about my dream...

it is not atalent. some people are born with such intutions
What ever they say happens.
