So your kids hate veggies, get creative (Or sneaky)?

When my kids were young they did not like to eat veggies so I had to get creative or as my son now says, sneaky.
I would mix the same colored veggie in the foods they did like and they never knew they were eating them. Like putting carrots in with candied yams, or sliced cauliflower in garlic mashed potatoes. So how did you get your kids to eat their veggies?

I was very with the girls that they would eat just about anything including veggies.
James on the other hand was a whole different story. He would eat peas, beans, corn, potatoes and candied yams. Beyond that, it was like pulling teeth. I started using the blender and would blend up the veggies that he wouldn't eat and put them into a pot of vegetable soup with the veggies that he would eat.
