Crab or shrimp?

Howdy all seafood lovers. I was wondering around here about one thing...which seafood is more tasty, crab or shrimp? I've always been more used to eat shrimp during all my life long and only crab in special occasions, so I have to naturally go for shrimp. How about you people?

actually i love them both that's one of my best seafoods to eat everytime im at my home town. prawn hmmmmmmm the best

Just like me then! I think mayonnaise is something essential to have with your shrimps, and lime/lemon spilled over them as well, if not it always feel like there is something missing for me!

I think I prefer shrimp the most. My husband loves crab meat. I go for whatever we can afford. Every now and then we splurge and buy both. I think my husband could eat seafood every day of the week.

Absolutely agreed! Crabs can be a bit hard to handle at first, hell, even for "pros" might a bit of a pain but I guarantee you that it's worthwhile when you get the job done!

I'm also one of the seafood lovers and I love shrimp very much. I'm lucky that I stay near some fishing villages and the nearest one I only take 20 minutes to ride there. There are some seafood restaurants that famous of their special seafood dishes. Whenever relatives or friends that fond of seafood visit me I sure entatain them with the delicious seafood to the nearby seafood restaurant.

Shrimp is the most tastier and costlier than Crabs. Shrimps are also easier to clean than crabs. Crabs meat is softer than shrimps.

Good crabs dishes in there, I think you're the first one prefering it over shrimp in this thread ;)

I am a seafood lover. I love both crab and shrimp and both taste good for me. Unfortunately crab is more expensive than shrimps. So me too I eat shrimp every now and then but I only have crab in special occasions like holidays.
