macaroni cheese or mac and cheese do you eat it?

i am from wales originally, but i moved to scotland about 5 years ago now, they go mad up here on macaroni cheese, the supermarkets stock loads of it a lot more than other parts of the uk. its also a big thing in the states so im told, i never really noticed it until i moved here but i dont like it myself, whats the deal with mac and cheese? i dont get it? lol

I used to like it but don't eat it anymore. My husband and I don't eat dairy now (he's lactose intolerant) although my sister makes one that's vegan that she says is delicious but I haven't tried it yet.

Vegan macaroni and cheese sounds interesting....what does she use instead of cheese???

i used to love mac and cheese as a kid but now i think it's disgusting. i won't eat it out of a box or home made.
