There are many disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ. Of them, He appointed 12 to be His apostles and they are:
Matthew, Simon who is called Peter, Simon the Cananean, Andrew, Jacob (or James), Thomas, John, Philip, Bartholome, Judas, Jacob (or James son of Alphaios), and Thaddaios. Some names are in Greek.
Paulos became an apostle after the resurrection of the Lord and so with Barnabas.

I want to correct you, Jesus had more than 12 disciples. The people you named above are known as apostles. In you want to count disciples then it would be hard bcos Jesus made disciples every where he went. Like Zaccheus, Mary, Martha etc

There were 12 Apostles.
Simon (called Peter) and his brother Andrew.
James, son of Zebedee and his brother called John.
Philip and Bartholomew.
Thomas and Matthew the tax collector.
James son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus.
Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus.
There is a difference between the Apostles (the Twelve) and disciples (all followers).
