MyLot Ups and Downs days

yeah today was an up for me. i posted more than 100. most of them with quality. i figured out a few plans and strategies i must focus on.

I dont think i have any up or down days..I just post here when am doin some work i got...Sometimes i might just strike on a thougth or idea and hence might start a new thread. Otherwise, i might just get into the respongding mood!!...Ofcourse, when i've never any work to do..i might be more active in myLot!!!!:)

I am sorry that you have those days where you just need a break. I have the problem personally where if I ever give myself even one day of a break from 'work' unless I am just so busy outside of the house that I literally can't work, I find it very hard to get myself back into the routine again. And unfortunately, I cannot afford to stop typing here at Mylot for money right now. So even when I do hit those down spells, I just have to keep on going. I admit it is getting harder for me to reply to as many topics per day here. By the time you hit 2500 posts, well, it's hard not to have said a lot of things in different ways more than once or twice already, lol! But I still love typing here. There are just days where it's harder, like you said.

I must say that this does not
happen to me.
I have about 400 friends and
honestly I cannot keep up
with their imput.
As to my input, have loads
of material on my computer that I can call upon to post.
Examples:- Vocabulary Expansion.
Word Origin Series, Jokes etc...

For me it's not hard to find something to respond to when I look at 'discussions my friends started' and at my 'interests' .. but sometimes there's too much to respond to but I feel a kind of "writers block" and can't give good responses.. I don't start new discussions every day so it's not a problem for me to come up with something god, I just do it when I feel like it . since I joined I haven't missed a day at mylot but at times I may just post 5 to 10 responses and that's it, other times i may stay up all night.

that's actully a good idea so you don't get burnt out on it. I mean anything after awhile can get old.

Everything has ups and downs. The real trick is to have more ups than downs. Which, can be a real feat if you're having a run of bad luck.

I'm also having one of those days. Nothing seems to appeal to me. I can't think of any new discussions. I'm feeling really depressed today and that probably has something to do with it. I think I will just call it a night and see things better tomorrow. I can't even give a good response when I feel like this. Ah well tomorrow is another day.

I'm sorry that you have bad days here at mylot. I don't think that I've had any bad days but then I've only been on for a few days. I do sometimes have a hard time finding subjests to post too. I find something that I like then there ar 50 response already saying the same thing that I was going to say so I skip it and move on. THen there are the discussions that I could actually answer but my comments would hardly make up a full sentence so I skip thoughs. I just have to keep trying. Good luck to you here at mylot!

This is actually my first day here. But I am sure there will be days just like the ones you have described. I usually read the news or world events for inspiration. You are so right to take a break! Taking a break is important so you don't get burnt out.
