Drinking at bars

Yes, I do think bars should be held liable for drunk drivers. They want the money enough they keep serving drunks who turn around and become jerks or drive drunk and cause an accident and kill someone. I believe bars have enough people working for them. That they can tell when someone is drunk. They can cut the person off from drinking. It may help save a life.
