I bought a Game Boy Micro battery and a Playstation 3 and a Gp2x I never got any of my items that I bought.

| |  Did you contact the buyer? If you paid via Pay Pal, file a complaint with them to get your money back. You can also file an "item not received" with eBay, but that does not help to get your money back. You can also file a complaint with the IFCC.

Worse of all is the time zone is different... and calling them is out of the question as the cost of the calls would not be worth my while, esp if they put you on hold!

| | You should file a complaint with ebay and if you paid via paypal , file a complaint with paypal as well.
You should get your money back .
But you should also try to email the sellers again through the ebay system so your emails are registered. | | | | | | |

They are probably laughing their nuts off at how easy they cheated you of your money.
I know, cos i was a victim too. After trying all the various authorities for help to retrieve my money, all of them tell me to swallow it and take it as a lesson... sigh~~~! even after all these years, the heart is still aching of the loss! | | | |

| |  Yes it has happened to me...just a stupid dress though so it was not worth my time to go thru paypal. Always make sure you pay thru paypal...avoid sellers that only except money orders or cash. Maybe you should look into the sellers feeback....see if they have been selling the same item over again. They most likely are scammers. Tell ebay about it...show them that these people sell the same item over again and never follow thru.

it happened to me a few years back. Was buying a batch of handphones... Nokia 6600 to be exact.
Price was reasonable, so i tot i'd get a few for my family as well. My currency is small, so can you imagine what it is like to lose > than a thousand US dollars?
The joker absconded with my money and I could do nothing to retrieve it back. Still fleeting mad at the whole situation!
