I treated myself to two new toys at Christmas: 1) new printer/scanner - so cheap and so good! 2) external USB backup hard-drive - really easy to use! I now scan all my mail and destroy it. The scans are automatically backed up at 3am every day in a matter of seconds. Hence...the truly paperless office. Have you tried this? any drawbacks? are you considering this?
