CSI:NY Mac's wife

In tonight's episode, Mac said his wife's body was never found, not a trace. There are still over 1000 victims who have never been found or returned to their families. Do you think Mac's wife might still be alive somewhere and in hiding for some reason?

I think she's still alive too. This might be a big twist in the story at the end. It is possible that his wife is still alive since there was no body recovered.

Oh I haven't seen that episode. It might be some mistake from the writer. I'll have to get the complete dvd and watch the complete seasons. Thanks.

Yes, now that he has hooked up with the ME, it could be interesting if his wife came "out of hiding". Though that would go into a whole different story as her son was looking for her earlier on. That would just make too many storylines that are not CSI crime lab related. I mean, personal stories. And really that's not what those shows are about.
Good catch on the writers' error. I didn't notice it. Someone should bring that to their attention.
