People have sold rocks, Air in a bottle, Land on the moon, Pixels on a PC, Webspace, and all that stuff. Would you like to sell something that others cannot get access to? Say like Lake Placid in a Jar, lake Ontario in a bottle, etc.
let me know if you think this stuff will sell. Afterall, water sells everyday in a bottle. What do you think?

some UK seaside tourist shops sell things like "sea air" in a bottle - empty plastic bottle with a label showing the place it came from. So this probably would work.
