Did you like The DaVinci Code?

yeah the film is not as wonder as the book. Too many dispointed view from me and my self. Maybe the director can't make the film the so life, i don't every time the books become movie, they're not wonder as the book, except Lord of The Rings.

I really liked the book - but I think the movie was terrible. They butchered the plot. And I think the choices in actors to play the roles was poorly done. I'm not saying Tom Hanks isn't a good actor... he just isn't who you picture when you read the book.

I would still give the book a chance... it's way better than the movie.

I didn't like the movie much even if i am a Tom Hanks fan. Maybe it's just too serious for him. There are more questions asked than answered. At least with the book you get the feeling that you are riding along with Langdon's quest and when you find answers you feel his contentment.

Great book, terrible movie. I was so dissapointed. I like Tom Hanks and most of his movies are great, maybe it was his worst movie.

I am one of those millions that read the book right before it became such an issue in the media. I loved the book and that has a lot to do with why I did not like the movie.
Don't get me wrong, I loved being able to see how they pieced it together...but they also took so much out of it that caused it to not be so good.
So, if you didn't like the movie...try the book, it was far better!

I still haven't seen it. I listened to the book on audio, and I keep forgetting about the movie. Maybe I shouldn't bother, I keep hearing bad things.

they says that its nothing compared to the book... i haven't seen it though cause it will only breaks my heart... I just love the book...

Yes i have seen the film and i personally feel the movie is not so good as the book. The way the book was written, hats off to Dan Brown, but the same effect could not be found in the movie.
At some parts the movie got a bit boring, but still Tom Hanks had done a fantastic job in that movie.

I wasn't to carzy about this movie myself. It wasn't as good as I had expected it to be.

I've read the book, and enjoyed it very much. At least at the time it was something new and unique. Now there are loads and loads of books about the same subject.

I didn't expect much from the movie, even because when I heard Tom Hanks would play Robert Langdon, I knew it would suck big time. In my opinion, he has nothing to do with the original character.

And since it's a very complex story, with loads of important details, the movie lost all the misterious atmosphere of the book.
