|  I love this day. We always celebrate. First we go to the parade, then we go to the local pub. And of course we have to listen to Irish music too.

| |  We always overlook St. Patricks day because it is my dad's birthday. We tend to celebrate that instead. We don't forget to pinch everyone who forgot to wear green though!lol

| |  I'm of Irish descent and we usually celebrate St. Patrick's day. I try to wear a little something green and steer completely clear of all things orange. I'll probably have a Guiness (Not really, I don't like Guiness but I'll drink a Miller and pretend) and cook an Irish stew. I just got an incredible new recipe for Irish stew that I'm dying to try out.

| | I don't like Guiness either. My friend drinks it and I have tried it and it is just a little too thick. I prefer an ice cold Molson Ice. Send me that recipe if it comes out good. What is in it? I usually cook corned beef and cabbage. I am actually cooking that tonight. | | | |

| |  We always celebrated St.Patrick's day :) Our daughter was actually born just after the parade on St.Patrick's day 2 yrs ago. We had the best view of the parade ever from the window of the pre-natal ward in the Rotunda hospital at the top of O'Connell Street lol

| | well i have a great grandmother who came from ireland and on the other side i have a grandfather who came from italy. i have blonde hair and am very fair. : ( so sad. my daughter has the italian skin with blonde hair. i guess that makes me irish. | | | |

| |  It is a rare year that I get to see the parades because I'm usually stuck marching with the school's float. This year I have the added bonus of helping make the float. We have a great turn out and it's a fun day out for the children.

| |  Well usually we just have dinner with corned beef and cabbage. My neice since she goes to school has to wear the green other wise the kids can be a pain, they still do the pinching if people don't wear green on St. Patricks day. If I go out I'll wear green but I like to wear green any way. We will listen to some Irish music we have but we don't have a lot of it in the house.

| |  I love St. Patrick's Day even if I don't always celebrate. I love all things Irish/Celtic, too. I try to make cornbeef and cabbage and listen to lots of Irish/Celtic music! And, I always wear green!
