are you fat??/

I feel like I am fat.
I have a flabby tummy and fat thighs. My weight is just on the edge of being normal. I think I don't really want to lose weight, I just want to be more toned up.

i'm definitly not happy at all with my body. I'm chubby. I used to be very fit but of course having a child in my 30s and a recent divorce, I have had little self esteem. But no excuses, working on shaping up

i think i just okay in average. My body is firm because i like to work everyday at my condo. Sometimes,i play football with my friends.Exercise and play sport is better way for losing the weight and make you body become heathy.

I am not sure if I have one female friend that is totally satisfied with her own body image, yet when I complain about myself to these same girls they say.."Your Fine, It's all in your head!".

If only we could see ourselves the way others do. And to answer your question...Yes I could stand to lose about 40 pounds although I would be happy with 30.

No I almost wish I were though . my whole life I was told how skinny I was . I was even told I was anorexic . I never thought I was that small but to everyone I knew I was . I myself feel I`m just the right weight for my height .

But who knows?

I'm don't think I'm fat but I would love to loose weight and be able to notice it for myself. People say I have lost weight but I think its because they have gained weight and I have stayed the same. But the scale says I'm smaller and some of my clothes but I want to see the difference. I want to have a tone but soft body, smaller thighs, and a flat stomach. But other than that I'm content. LOL!
