Sinusitis home remedy treatment is quite effective. Following are some Sinus problem cure home remedies. Read on for home remedy for sinusitis: Mango serves as an effective home remedy for preventing the frequent attacks of sinus, as it is packed with loads of vitamin A. Another beneficial remedy consists of consuming pungent foods like onion and garlic, as a part of your daily meals. Fenugreek leaves are considered valuable in curing sinusitis. In 250 ml water, boil 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds and reduce it to half. This will help you to perspire, dispel toxicity and reduce the fever period. Tie a tsp of black cumin seeds in a thin cotton cloth and inhale.

Home remedies that open and hydrate sinuses may, indeed, be the only treatment necessary for mild sinusitis that is not accompanied by signs of acute infection. Drinking plenty of fluids and taking rest when needed is still the best bit of advice to ease the discomforts of common cold. Water is the best fluid and helps lubricate the mucous membranes. Hot soups do indeed help congestion. The hot steam from the soup may be its chief advantage. In fact, any hot beverage may have similar soothing effects from steam. Ginger tea, fruit juice, and hot tea with honey and lemon may all be helpful. Spicy foods that contain hot peppers or horseradish may help clear sinuses. Inhaling steam two to four times a day is also very helpful, costs nothing, and requires no expensive equipment. A mentholated or other aromatic preparation may be added to the water. Long, steamy showers, vaporizers, and facial saunas are good alternatives. Many people take medications to reduce mild pain and fever. Adults most often choose aspirin, ibuprofen, or acetaminophen. Being a sufferer of Synisitus for around 8 yrs now, as far as i know, Synisitus is caused by a build up of mucus which leaks into the skull, sitting behind the nasal passage. This can travel to the back of the skull depending on the degree of mucus being produced. It can affect your teeth, gums, ears, eyes, balance and on occasion, hearing and taste too. And from experience you can feel it moving around when tilting your head and or body. But i have never come across anyone saying an absyss 'caused' it. Although i do sympathize if you have both as they can be very painful! Your Doctor or Dentist will give you a course of anti-biotics and that should clear both.

I have had sinus problems all my life and several years ago I read about Neti Pots. I started using it and it works great for flushing out the sinuses and removing pollen and other things that irritate. It helps to keep the sinuses moist and over all I have experienced fewer colds, fewer headaches and I am able to avoid sinus infections so I don't have to use antibiotics. Neti Pots are available on line and also in many pharmacies and health food stores. I swear by them and I give them as gifts to relatives, friends and neighbors who suffer. You use distilled water, un-iodized sea salt and baking soda in them and tip your head forward and sideways and the spout fits in the upward nostril and the water solution flows through the sinuses and out the other nostril. It feels wonderful to be able to breath again and be rid of the allergens causing all the trouble in the first place. Give it a try, it works and it is quick relief!

Sinus is the most common problem in this world specially for those who live in urban areas like us i am also having severe kind of sinus since childhood and still it irritates me most of the times..... Now the solution is take stem before you sleep you can add little amount of balm on it optionally it can be plain too ....... put some water in your nose before sleep and after wake up in the early morning ........ eat some honey at night and stop it in your throughts just for few minutes so it would heal those scratches and clear your throught which got little congested because of sinus ......... I hope this will helps and there are many anti-allergics available in the market but you must be prescribed first to choose any of it .......... i am sure you will not need to take any anti-biotics or plenty of pills to rid of this problem as i did in past few days ...... i treated myself
