the earnings i got from my job wasn't that enough to pamper myself especially my face like facial massage or facial spa. But still, i made it sure that i have alloted even a small amount so i can treat my face for sometime.i find it more inspiring if i feel pretty. do you also do that?

i never went to a facial ever since, i just went once to a derma for my wart removal on my face. i just make sure that i never forget to clean my face with facial soap and cream before i go to bed. i think that nothing will happen to my face if i always go to a derma, i just wasted my money and i have no budget for it.sigh...

it's the truth sometimes. no matter what we do to our face, it seems that nothing had changed.we can resort to organics.maybe that will help more since it's natural.

To tell you the truth, I have never been to a parlour for a facial experience. Further, I have never done this at home. I guess I'm not the type of person who would go into lengths to care so much with my physical attributes. No offense meant to anybody. There is nothing wrong with going into a facial. It's just that I don't concern myself too much with these matters. Aside from the reason I stated above, I feel that it's a waste of money if I regularly do this. And I must admit that we're low in cash right now; not to mention we have a global financial crisis looming in our horizon. In fact, we were already given a notice of separation by our employer a couple of weeks ago. It indicated that our employment is guaranteed only until the end of this month (March 2009). Anyway, I guess the facial will have to wait until such time that I already have excess funds to spare in order to pamper myself; and to relieve all stress and pollution from my face. I guess washing the face with soap and water will do for now.

I tend to adopt the same practice as you. As most of my salary are used in family expenses, I can only pamper myself for facial once in a while. I'd put aside $10-20 every month. I feel good and refreshing to get my face deep cleansed and clearing up of clogged pores with a mask. The facial parlour I go to caters for unisex and the service is of a high standard, and yet reasonably priced. I won't spend anything more than $60. The beautician would never push for sales but only give very helpful advice and sometimes give away some free trial samples of the products.

I spend but not a lot since my resources are limited..hahahha.I wish I could afford. I always of course love to beautify myself that will add my confidence a lot in meeting people and socialize with others. This time i have plenty of moles in my face due to black heads, Im sad but there is nothing I can do about this. I continue to use some products to maintain my face free from pimples since I easily get one for a reason that I don't know..hahahaha...

Nope I don't spend alot on my face. I am blessed with a good skin. I can use any kind of facial cleanser, any kind of facial moisturizer, any kind of facial toner, any kind of facial scrub. So I am always trying out various range. Currently I am using the Nivea range daytime and Avon hydra solution night cream All my facial products varies. Using Beauticontrol green tea mask and facial scrub too. Have not tried Amway Artistry yet....the budget is way too high. Cant affor it for now but I heard that it is very good.

Not a lot but it is still a major portion of my paycheck. I go to a dermatologist for my monthly facial cleaning. I make sure I don't run out of my facial cleanser, toner and moisturizer. Occasionally I try expensive brands like Clinique, Estee Lauder, Origins,Kiehls,L'Occitane etc. I like to pamper myself but I don't go to spas. I have lots of soaps, scrubs,lotions....can we ever have enough? :)

I must be very strange that do not care about any of these. My idea is that all these things we put on our faces is not good for the skin, but water is. it doesnt clean you in any way. Thats my opinion. I did some make up in earlier years, but now i have stopped doing that too. To compare, my skin looks better with no make up than most of the others using it does without it. Back to the point, i can honestly say i use zero dollars for my face. Think about how much i save each month!

Not at all. Ihave never felt t was necessary to wear make up etc. I might put on a bit of lipstick when I go to a wedding or something important like that, but nothing more.

i'm not much of a face-person, but i still do take care of my face. i'm more of the "hair" type of person. i spend a much bigger amount of time and money on my hair than any other part of my body. i don't know why, but i'm just so vain with my hair. maybe i'll try to focus also on other parts of my body and not just my hair. with regards to my face, i only do moisturizing and cleansing or washing, and that's it. maybe i should try facial massage and spa. does it really work?

i know i cant afford to have a facial spa or facial massages, but i always alloted some spare money for my face beautification. like some moisturizers and night creams that may ease the muscle tension on my face and anything that may or make my face look fresher and cleaner. i also use cleansers and whitening creams.
