Do you wear glasses? When you renew your lens, do you get examined by an oculist, or do you go to an optical outlet? I used to go to the optical outlets you see everywhere, offering discounts on glasses. Last year I went to a hospital and was examined by an oculist, who advised me I had cataracts in both eyes, and if had them removed I would only need glasses for reading. The operations are now history, and I drive without glasses after twenty-five years driving with them. For the record, I would advise anyone who wears glasses to have an ophthalmologist conduct their next examination.
