I'm putting together a personal website. I've already got the layout, and I've got the address registered, but now I need to find a company to host my site through. I need someone cheap, yet secure. And someone who will accept paypal payments. Does anyone know of a company I could use? Would you recomend them? Why or why not?

although I don't know my a** from my elbow when it comes to comparing hosts, I went with Godaddy because a friend suggested them. The prices are reasonable & I haven't had any problems. And I*think* they will accept paypal.

I haven't really checked to see if they accept paypal yet, but I've heard that they ahve a lot of security issues.

I'd suggest Hostgator. I've only been using them myself for a little while and never had problems with them - but I know others who have used them for ages and again never had a problem. They do accept payments via paypal and have some really good plans depending on what you're after
