Which brand of baseball gear is the best? | | | | I have used many different kinds. There is Easten, Louisville Slugger, Rawlings, Mizuno, and many others. Personaly i think that Rawlings makes the best glove by far. But Easton makes great bats, stealth, and great baseball bags. Yet still Louisville Slugger makes great wooden bats. What do you think? | | | | | | | | | | See Washington DC in 1 Day DC's Only Comprehensive Guided Sightseeing Tours. Live tour guides. www.OnBoardDCTours.com

| | Rawlings is the all time classic brand for baseball equipment. I have a 13inch Rawlings glove and i love it. Although i have seen some real nice gloves from Mizuno. | | | | | | | | | | See Washington DC in 1 Day DC's Only Comprehensive Guided Sightseeing Tours. | | Rawlings does make the best leather. I no longer partake in baseball, so I can't make an accurate sumnation of bats. But, I play on many softball teams every year, and the best softball bats are made by Demarini. The ball literally jumps off one of these bats, and it feels awesome when you connect the sweet spot. | | | | | | | streak_tlu (425)

| | I play collegiate baseball and most guys use either Mizuno or Rawlings. I would say depending on the position Rawlings is the premiere glove maker. Some guys do like Nokona (homemade by a little place in TX) gloves, but the problem is because they're homemade, they're all made differently. You could get a gem and you could get stuck with crap. Worth consistently makes the worst baseball gear. Nike's with the exception of their cleats are pretty bad too. As far as wood bats. Most guys I know go with Louisiville Slugger or Sam Bats (the logo is a bat - the mammal on the bad typically gold or blakc). I think bats have more to dow with the type of wood used in which case you need to go with Maple that hasn't been pressurized like most bats so that the would retains it's natural state and doesn't fatigue. | | | | | | | Custom Sports Display Racks and Cases Baseball Bat Racks, Personalized Engraved Louisville Slugger Baseball Bats (Makes Great Groomsmen/Baby/Sportsfan Gifts) + Discount on Desk Top Bat Display, Miniature Baseball Bat Racks, Sho. www.cincinnatisportsdisplay.com | add comment | | | |
