Siemens 50 years of incorporation in India

This friday, all Siemens offices in India celebrated 50 years of incorporation in India. Congratulations to everyone in the Siemens family for the same. What do you think has been the secret of Siemens longetivity here in India while companies like Pepsi and Coke pulled out of india and are just about getting back here?

Oh. No. Are you a Siemens employee? :P One reason for Siemens' success, if I may speculate, is the diversity of workforce it is willing to accommodate. No doubt that the bosses are often shipped from Germany itself where their head office is located, they are very liberal in their hiring policy - regardless of nationality.

Hmm.. that is true, there is diversity in the workforce as well as there is usually a lot of interaction allowed amongst the diverse workforce as well. Cheers! Ram
