Where do YOU put your catbox???  

Well we have a bigger house and the litter boxes are in our mudroom. Our mudroom is just inside the back door.. and everyone uses the back door so I guess you could say its the "foyer".. we used to keep them in a spare room too. Just some suggestions. I hope you're able to get one! I have 4 and love them dearly.

Actually, my cats have a little door to go in and out of the house. This way they can do their business outside. I also put a little box out there just so they don't have to go very far. I used to keep it in the bathroom but it is hard to deal with when you have guests.

My litter box is actually in a hallway to my back porch. I have the LitterMaid litter box that sweeps the dirty, clumped litter into the box.. It's a great investmet, and the best litter to use with it you can find at any petco or petsmart and it's called "The Worlds Best Cat Litter" it's in a yellow bag, and it's made up from corn. No odors witht that litter. I have 2 cats, and I have tried soooo many types of litter and that's the only one that I have found that works.. Best of Luck!

our litter box is in the kitchen right under our microwave stand it fits nicely is out of the way. Our kitchen floor is tile so it's easy to sweep up as my cat tends to be messy....
my parents have a cat and they have a seperate pantry and they have the litter box in there it's close to the kitchen it tile floor easy clean up.
if it has to be in the living room do u have a desk or something it can go under that way no one will see it....
if your floors carpeted if u don't have one get a dust buster it will help with clean up cause they do tend to scatter litter around and that way u aren't vacuming all the time.

Well we have one in the far corner of the kitchen by the basement door. My mom has one in her bedroom and I have one in my bathroom. My brother solved his problem by putting it in his basement and putting a little kitty door on the bottom of the basement door so they can go down to the litter box with the basement door closed. My girlfriend keeps hers in her laundry room. Sometimes you just have to be creative...lol Take an empty basin and see where you could put it..that might help you find the perfect spot...good luck.

I always put mine in either the garage (when I have one) or the bathroom (when I don't).

Like you we don't have much space right now, but we have some space in the bathroom and that's where the catbox is. We used to have more space before and it was in a room at the back just before we went outside to the backyard but that is gone.

Well when I lived at home with my parents, we kept the litter box down in the basement, just seemed liked the easiest spot plus it gave our cats some much needed exercise! I know my neighbors used to keep their dome-style litter box in their wreck room and I wouldn't have even known it was there if it wasn't for me housesitting, you couldn't smell it at all.
