| I am thirtyfour years old and need to loose about thirty pounds. I am trying to figure out what the best way for me would be. I'm going to cut back on what I am eating and drinking more water. I will also try to start walking about thirty minutes a day. I just don't seem to have time for anything else. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. | | | | | |

Also aim to walk 10,000 steps a day, even if you have to work up to it over a few days or weeks as this is guaranteed to make you lose weight and become healthy. You will be suprised at how soon your fitness improves and how each day you will feel fitter and able to walk further. Drinking more water is always a good idea even if not on a diet and trying to eat more fresh food and less processed foods will help as well. The problem with processed food is we cannot see all the added sugars, salt and fats, but when we eat fresh foods or even frozen we know what is added as we add any flavourings etc ourselves.
