I went to Tikal in Gautemala. I loved climing the Mayan ruins. I got wonderful views of the rainforest and all the other Mayan ruins. I heard monkeys and then saw them high up, swinging in the trees. I think Mayan people were clever make such amazing buildings. Which is your favourite historical site in the world. Whay do you like it?

4. roadrat (210) | 3 years ago | aside from the great pyramid of giza and the sphinx, chichen itza and tulum in yucatan province of mexico stand out. chichen itza was found larger than giza and still larger is the pyramid in bosnia, mascarading as a mountain as it was so large and completely overgrown due to its age.
