Many people just believe in Brand Name and buy the things blindly, just for the sake of Brand Name. Frankly I do not believe in brands because I cannot affoard it ;) Do you think the Brand Name is guarantee to have a better quality? If you believe in Brands then what about those people who cannot affoard the Big Names.... Are they using the poor quality things and categorised as middle class people or whatelse.

Brand names don't necessarily mean better, especially when it comes to medications. Having worked in biomedical labs, many name-brand medications have the same ingredients, same strength, and same effects, as non-name brand.
I also don't necessarily look for brand names for clothes. I don't think it's necessary. As long as I feel good and look good, I could buy it from anywhere, even a flea market or swap meet. I have friends that buy name-brand clothes only, but they're always asking me where I got my clothes and are surprised at how inexpensive they are.

For certain things, yes... only because I am comfortable with those brands and I know for myself that the generic things are not the same quality.
For clothes, I don't care too much, with a few exceptions... Lacoste, cause I love their stuff, and Nike for shoes. Accessories have to be a bit more high-end, like watches, cuff-links, belts, etc... but I can do just as fine with the jeans and shirts from Target as with the same clothes from Macys or Nordstroms or something.
For foods and medicines, as have been mentioned, I am a bit more picky depending on the specific product.

Like you I can not afford a brand mane and I buy no name in most instances, there are a few areas that I do buy brand name, but do try to fine sales when i can, my worst is coffee, I have to buy a good brand of coffee, and Windsor salt 50/50 as they are the only ones that make half salt, but every thing else price counts and i will go for the cheapest price,

I'm not a particularly brand conscious person. That is to say, I do not go out of my way to look for brand names in clothing, handbags or shoes (ladies' passions!) because I don't see the point in spending a few £100+ on an item, when I can get a similar item of just as good quality for a cheaper price.
Even when it comes to the supermarket, I don't always go for brand names unless there is something that I really like or want to indulge in (certain brand chocolates, breads with grains etc) but that is on occasion. Otherwise, the supermarket brand for everyday items like tissue, toilet roll, bread, cheeses (you get the idea) are just as good and almost always half the price !
Quality it not always determined by the price tag.

I wouldn't consider myself to be any lesser than anybody else just because I couldn't afford brand names. It is all the same to me what brand of clothing I wear as long as it suits me. I usually shop for the lest espensive clothes as they can last as long and can look just as good as brand named clothing.

I usually go for the cheapest price available, regardless of brand. There's some things that you're better off going for the higher priced item, but usually the off-brand is just as good as the brand-name, and in many cases, they're both manufactured by the same company.
