organizational behaviour is so boring!

human resource and organizational behaviour all are porpular term of business management. i think, why die the most of alumni major it? they are so boring and comprehensive. i hate it.

Really? I dont know why i love hr so much. I think its extremely interesting to work with people. I like to learn it properly so that i can do my job accordingly. I am planning to start my diploma on this next month. I guess i wont hate it like you do.

It has to be comprehensive because you deal with the individual, the organization and how they interact. Go beyond the books to spark your interest.

I found human resources and business management quite interesting when I took it in college. I guess it depends on who is teaching the classes. We did have a guest speaker who was pretty boring, but for the most part I found the classes to be interesting.
