mylot tags question did I do that?

I posted a horse discussion in the horse catagory thanking myloy friend that helped name our new baby horse but the first response was someone posting a joke.
I had tagged it horses,mylot friends,friends
I just got a response saying that they thought it was a joke thread..
I tend to have brain laspses so I may have missed something but how did jokes and laughs get in the tags...Did I somehow do this?
Excuse me cause I'm a bit of a maron at times.

This is a simple matter of cheating. There are still some members who will reply to a discussion without even bothering to read the discussion, and often simply post something totally unrelated in order to receive credit for posting.

who ever answered your post put in jokes and laughs. some people don't care what they post, they just want to make money and that destroys it for the rest of us.

If you don't put in 10 tags then anyone can come and put whatever it is that they want there. So you need to think of 10 words so that you have more safety from some that go around and enter stuff. Hope that this helps you in the future and good that you watch what goes on.

There are some people here on Mylot who like to misuse things or may be they try to create bad iamge for others. I have also some discussions where some totally inapropriate tags have been submited. I wonder why people do this.
I never add tags to other's discussions.
There are also some thinking that if you add tags to discussions you respond you get paid more. May be because of this hope of earning more also people add anything dumb to tags.
