Sale of Condo Unit

Does a HOA have to have a screening committe to interview a buyer, then to the Board for ratifcation with each member casting a vote and then issuing a certificate of Occupancy. And is all this recorded?

have you checked the HOA Rules & Regulations or By-Laws. there should be something stipulated in that to indicate the requirements for buyers of units, otherwise, the answer would be no.
