Do you put your shopping cart back?

Me too I always try to put my shopping cart back. And when I go shop I always pick the shopping carts that have not been put back as I know somebody else will have to do the work of collecting them and puttin them back.

I also always put my shopping cart back. I hate it when I try to park in a spot but I can't because there is a shopping cart in my way! I try to do things that I would wan't done. I also worry about the cart rolling into someone's car.

I would say about 99% of the time but also on the odd occasion for whatever reason I don't put it back . I never thought of it rolling into someone else's vechile . I have always tried to put it back because I was thinking of the person who would have to do this because I didn't and don't like the idea of making more work for someone else .

absolutely...least I can do. Why wouldn't someone? because they are toooo lazy! It takes just a minute, particularly when they have the special racks in the middle of the parking lot. Plus it is a safety issue....left by the car can cause an accident, or might roll into a car (even mine).

Here in my area you have to pay $1 or $2 to use the shopping trolleys. You get the money back when you return the trolley - so most people put trolleys back now. If they don't, someone else will return the trolley and get to keep the money..

I like the idea myself. I was sick of my car being hit or not being able to use a car spot because people were too lazy to put the trolleys back. This way seems to work really well..

Yes we do. I think I ma just "that" kind of person, everyhing in its place and aplace for everything

I strive to take my cart all the way back in to the store.
I figure with my illness its a good bit of exercise for me.
BUT when my asthma kicks in and I can barely walk through the store then I will find a cart holder out in the parkinglot.

You know I just read all the responses if all us are so good about placing our carts correctly how come we have to deal with so many that aren't LOL

i put it back. even if it's raining. I hate people who just leave it there, where it can roll away and cause damage. How difficult is it to push the trolley to the trolley bay? i mean honestly it's just plain laziness.

I have to admit I sometimes (vary rarely) put the cart back in the cart return, simply because I have a small child and my husband isn't here to put it up (he's in the military). I'm worried about taking the cart back while my son's in the car, and I don't like leaving my items in the car alone while my son and I put the cart away. I've never had a nice enough car to care if a cart hits it, so naturally it doesn't bother me. Also I make sure that the cart is secured down before I leave, that way it causes no problems. Do you think that this causes a big problem for other shoppers?
