Do you like body Spa or body massage? Have you already experience it?  

I like body massage verymuch, It is quite refreshing. We have a place called Hoganekal, where experienced massagers(ladies & gents) will massage for few dollars. After massage a bath under the falls will remove all the body pains. At Idukki(South India) Aromatic massage is world famous. They charge very reasonable.

Do they have students that are learning to do massage where you live? If so, they charge a lower rate because they are still learning but the massage is still good. I had a friend who used me to practice her massage techniques and it was great. I pamper myself with a massage when my body needs it, but I should get it done more often as it's really good for your circulation. Keep that promise to yourself to get that massage, you will really enjoy it.

Before I got pregnant I usually go to the spa to relax and release all the tension in my body. I have stopped visiting the spa when I got pregnant. But I do that always to relax and have a body massage. It is always my way of realeasing all the stress and all the tension that I have at work. It really helps. You have to try it one of this days.

I don't know I never had either one of them, but I would love someone to message these old aching bones.

yup, i love body massage, swedish or even just a simple massage is a good way to realx a tired mucle.

I have not tried a body spa yet but I have experienced a dry body massage. At first, I thought that it would make me feel relax, but I did not enjoy it. I feel more stressed after such, maybe because the treatment given to me was really hard that my body was not able to cope up.

After that, I never go to a massage parlor again.

I have had a body massage because of my condition of my muscles. it actully is relaxing to my mucles it my shoulders to have this done

no i havent experienced it either but like you said it does look very relaxing so maybe i will have it one day

i haven't experienced this yet either. i am not sure if i would feel comfortable enough to relax. something about a stranger rubbing my body all over just doesn't seem very relaxing.

I love going for a massage....it is absolutely worth the money.The first time I ever gotten one....I was so relaxed....I could have just went to sleep right then and there.You should definately try to get one....I'm sure you'll love it.
