 I just wanted to let you all know that I hit my $50.00 minimum tonight and asked for my payment. Within ONE HOUR my payment was made to my PayPal account.
For you who do now know, ReviewStream is a site where you can make $1.50 per review on various things, or bulk rate, which is 30 cents on things. You just review anything you want. The reviews that get $1.50 are electronics, hotels, appliances, medications. . . things like that. Books, movies, shampoos. . . get the bulk rate.
I was a skeptic. Wasn't sure they would really pay me, but they exceeded my expectations and paid immediately upon my asking!

Im going to check it out immediately . Do they pay for referrals???? how long should the review be???? Any limit as such????? Can you please tell me about any other site which pays for things like this please.....

 RenaeT (370) | 3 years ago | It took me about a month, but, anyone can do it in a week or so. I just took my time. The do not pay for referrals. The review isn't required to be any length, but it definitely needs to be specific. I mean, if you're reviewing a toothpick, it won't be a long review, but if you are reviewing the new Vista Windows System, you might write 2 pages! It just needs to be quality, specific. I don't know of any other sites like this. I don't even remember how I found www.reviewstream.com.

| RenaeT (370) | 3 years ago | I wrote over 40 reviews,they must be very detailed and factual, so you have to do your homework. Yes, you have to wait for them to approve them. You will get an email anywhere from 24 to 72 hours after submitting your review saying they were published or rejected. Some of the reviews are only worth 30 cents and are considered 'bulk' rate. Those are things like book reviews, movies etc. . . . the ones that pay 1.50 are electronics, appliances. . . big things. Hope that helped. | |

However, this time round, I'm on the self-editor scheme..though it pays the bulk rate, and lesser than the normal editor payout, I feel more freedom to publish just about anything that I want. But a word of caution though. If you are opting for the normal author review, their critics could be harsh, and you have to really write good reviews to get the 1.5 rate, which I've gotten before. But I really like the self-editor..it takes only a day to publish all reviews that you've uploaded, and then they give you payment details through your email account. Self-editor is the way for me. Though it's slightly lesser, they don't really need to go through 24 - 72 hours...almost the next day, all my reviews are published. And its more professional, you have a website, your own password, and you can edit your reviews... etc ..

So, when I do a review, I make sure I've researched what I'm reviewing so that I have LOTS of details and information. I've had 80% of mine pay at $1.50 because they are very detailed and long. The only ones I've gotten 30 cents for are just books or movies or things that are not that big. I do a lot of reviews on medications because my husband has to take a lot of medicine. ALL of those have gotten my $1.50, but they are very long, very detailed. It takes me longer to write it, but I'd rather write one VERY good review for 1.50 instead of 5 short reviews for 30 cents each. Know what I mean? To each his own though! | |

| missing_in_action (298) | 3 years ago | Yea, that's good if you could keep up the $1.50 for all your reviews..it doesn't matter to me though...I'm happy with the $0.30 per review...I don't review on medicine..but more towards entertainment...yea of course to each his own;) thats what makes the site interesting, and have lotsa interesting reviews...with my $0.30 earnings, I have had touched some $100++ earnings for my past 3 payments...and that's more than enough for me...and I'm so happy for that... | |

Well, that depends. I got to my 50 bucks in a month and I don't feel like I really worked all that hard for it. I could have gotten to 50 sooner. It's just an individual thing. It depends on the time you have to sit and review. It depends on the quality of your reviews too, if you reviews are short and don't have much detail, you can get rejected or only get bulk rate at 30 cents instead of 1.50. AND, some of the things you review, no matter how detailed, will only get you bulk rate anyway. Those things are books, moveies, food, things like that. if you want to get $1.50 for each one, you have to go for the big stuff like medications, appliances, yard tools, lawn mowers, etc. . .
I got all the owners manuals in my house together and did reviews on all the appliances. If you get rejected the first time around, re do it, and mark bulk rate, that way you still might get 30 cents instead of nothing.
