What would happen to you if someone put a restriction on you to write or banned you . What would be your reaction ? Do you hink you would be able to exist without writing . I for one would die of boredom and for lack of purpose . Writing is my life . Is it yours ?

I do write alot and recently on a site I write short articles for I had one rejected. Ok the first one that I could deal with. Then the rewrite which was better definitely was rejected. I was so upset. I know I have to go back and fix it however I just am burnt. I had a discussion deleted from here and reacted badly. There was no real reason for deleting it. I now write for another site and was just paid 17 dollars for 2 articles. I am bit again and have another to submit to them. So yes, writing is a big deal for me. Nice to meet another. Good luck with all your writing.

Good luck to you as well ! Well if someone gave me 17 dollars for two articles I would be a millionaire . How much do you generally earn per article and what website do you write for ? Can I write for that site too ?

You can make 500 dollars a month or more they say. There was two article. Both about 800 words and one was 10 dollars and one gave me 7.24. If you let me invite you by email, of course it would benefit me. However, we could support each other and drive up the page views and that allows for more pay also. Link as friend here and we will get you over there today!

Jamie,I like writing. But if I had to live without it,I think I would be quite disappointed. But I would survive easily because then I'll read all the good books that I haven't so far because I love reading too. Writing is one aspect of my life and thankfully my purpose of life encompasses many other things too.Lol

Would you be saitsified by mere reading . Wouldn't you like o vent out a part of what yu read and the ideas it produces in the form of your own compositions ?

Writing is my passion. It is something that I have always done. Life would be boring without it. I always have pen and pad with me no matter where I go. I would always find a place to write, even if I had to do it in secret. Writing is in my blood.

I'd be rather unhappy if I could no longer write. My writing is the best and easiest way for me to express myself, my one true self. I don't reveal my true self in my daily living, I'm not the type of person to express my emotions constantly. I'd rather do it through writing. To me, that's the easiest and best way to know the true me.

I think I'd really go insane. It's one of the best ways I can express myself..my best outlit. I'd probably adapt..but I don't think it'd be pretty. I'd REALLY be the old crazy artist lady with a thousand cats then.

No, I cannot live without writing. Writing for me is just more than a form of expression, is a stress buster. My imagination goes wild, if I don't write things down, I could go insane. I love to write, there's no way in hell I can survive without it. Writing is something that I need so bad, not because of boredom, but because I was born to express my feelings on a piece of paper, sounds cheese but that's how I feel.

I have not written professionally and only just started expressing my opinion here on MyLot. I have written some poetry that I would like to get published but it is very expensive to get only a few copies done unless taken up by an agency and not many people read poems now.

I have been writing since I was a young girl, and I seriously could not function without writing. I often have problems communicating my feelings orally, and I often find myself completelly misunderstood. However, when I have a pen or a key board in front og me the words just start flowing, and I have such an easy time expressing myself.

If I would have more time, like all day, I would try to write for a living. I'm a teacher now but I'm working on being a writer full time. Writing to me, like music, is an escape from the real world. When I am writing I feel like I'm drowning in my own words. It's a wonderful feeling. Freedom to express yourself is an awesome thing. I hope we never lose that choice.
