How does your spouse handle balding or greying?

I want to hear about your husband or your wife. My husband is both balding and greying. He does the combover thing and he makes me dye his hair for him. I am starting to grey a bit too, here and there. I dye my hair for him...not because I think I should. I have never seen a more vain man in my life. He is 60 now. He told me when he dies I should make sure the undertaker dyes his hair before laying him out. And he doesn't want me to shave off that little tuft that sticks up in the front. He lets it grow out and looks like a smurf with a bad dye job. Why are men like this??

My wife has started seeing a few grey stuff on my hair-she is surprisingly more concerned about it than myself and i wonder really why? She buys me kanta dye and I have kept the greys atbay for the moment. But repeated application of kanta is also bothersome and she ensourages me to keep the hair clean shaven, something i resent and only do it to please her once in a while!

Well, my hubby is kind of balding a bit in the front, but he doesn't really care since he shaves his head regurlarly, and he looks good too! As for me, ever since i started working back in'95 i've had thinning hair, and it drives me nuts. I can never ever wear my hair loose, cuz some 'bald spots" will show. It's really sad for a woman not to be able to do anything with her hair, trying to hide spots with less hair. I know there are options, but they are all pretty expensive (hair tranplant, and such)
