Well, I had a few electric shock experiences in my 25 years but I could never forget the one initiated by my own Elementary Electrical Engineering Instructor in College. Well, I am a Computer Engineer, and I took this subject Elem. Electrical Eng'g. Before the Instructor would let us pass his subject, he promised to give us a good experience in electricity. Well, on our Final Exams, he made us design (in actual) a connection using live wires and 220v electricity. We will be timed and thus we are under pressure, while he look and have fun scaring us. You see, he's got his hand all the time in the switch to turn the electricity on and off. Oh boy, we are doing connections! But he did had his fun when he really switch the electricity on. Me and my groupmates bolted like hell and had the shock of our Engineering life! Oh God! That was one hell of an experience! But it's ok, at least we have something that we can boast of :D

I have never experienced any major electric shock ever. I usually get electri grounds in the keyboard of my pc, our old refrigerator back when I was young, and once when I was two years old and plugged the electric fan with my finger in between the plug and the socket. I don't remember that last one but my parents told me about it. My father have experienced it two times and survived them both though. First when he was outside and it was raining, he held on in a wood which he didn't know was connected to a live wire. No one dared to touch him, he was with his friends that time. They were able to break the connection by hitting my father's arms really hard by a wood. The second time was when he was fixing electric stuffs at the back of the house. We were watching tv when I heard some of the neighbors shouting my father's name. My aunt, the fastest runner in the family ran and turned the main switch off. My father fell to the ground and was unconscious for a few seconds. He buned some parts of his fingers and he said that his hearing was decreasing while he's electrified, is that what you call it?

i had very bad electric shock once last year.that time was raining at the night.it was quite heavy rain with thunderstorms and lightning.that time i wanted to take a bottle of water from the fridge.but before i touch the fridge suddenly the lightning entered the kitchen and striked me. it entered through my hand.the force was so strong until i couldn't pull my hand and moved further from the fridge.i couldn't move for a few seconds.it was like i was buried into the earth.my hand was shaking after that. my hand like also have a black mark.i was lucky enough i didn't die by that time.i was supposed to sit for an important exam in my life after a few weeks and i survived.then my mother was so worried about me.so my family changed the electric wire system.

I was electricuted when I was in grade two Iw as about 8 years old when it happened. Iwas studying on top of our old stereo and accidentally dropped my pencil at the back of the stereo where the wires where crawling like snakes. I I picked up a buch of wires and tried to peak for my pencil but to my surprise I saw my hand was glued to the wires and it started a small fire. Im just glad my father was just near to help me with that scary event in my life.

i've been shocked about 9 times in my life-3 of the 9 were enough to knock me out. all 3 of the major shocks were caused by vacuums at work.housekeeping jobs are notorious for having crappy vacuums.

i had a few minor ones, nothing serious, electric shocks can be fatal and it's nothing to take lightly, luckily all of my little accidents with electricity was minor but i have a friend who had a strong shock that threw him away a few miters, he was told that he was lucky that it threw him out not pulled him in or it would be fatal, still he said it was a terrible, frightening and extremely painful experince.

Yes. I always get shocked. Especially when I'm tinkering with the computer. It's like I never learn. I haven't had anything major, i think. It's not a pleasant feeling.
